Brisket and Chicken slow cooked, and mopped often with our homemade chipotle BBQ sauce. Served with Mexican rice and frijoles a la charra. (All foods are prepared by Chef Chris)
20% of all sales and donations will be going directly to support the Methodist Children's Hospital.
The food will be delivered in a 5 mile radius of the San Antonio Event Center.
