The vendor room is located in the main area of the San Antonio Event Center. With 55,000 square feet, and over 130 10' x 10' booths and a variety of different vendors, there is something for every video game fan and enthusiast.

The 2021 price for our regular vendor booths start at $250 and up for a 10' x 10' foot space, which includes; 1 8' foot table and 2 chairs. As well as access to electricity, internet, and food and water are provided as well. Pipe, drape, and table cloths are not included.

If you are a crafter or artist then click here for our Artist Alley Information. We welcome all types of art and vendors, but we ask that your product be video game related.

Digital Vendor Booths
All vendor booths will be viewed by thousands of people around the world. This is a new and inovative way to share you craft, in a safe environment. digital booth pricing is just $20, we understand times are tough, and we are here to help. If you have signed up for the EGC event in May you have the option to recieve a free digital vendor booth. We will also have digital vendor booth in conjunction with in person booths for the May event.
